MOSFET is a hard techno artist and producer working at the intersection of industrial machine music and modular electronics. Named after the transistor that switches current in nearly every kick you've ever heard, the project treats the studio like a circuit: signal in, distortion applied, voltage out.

Productions favor saturated kickdrums, metallic percussion and unrelenting bass — built for warehouses, basements and 6am dancefloors. Sets oscillate between 145 and 155 BPM and lean heavily on live hardware: drum machines routed through guitar pedals, modular sequencers fed back into themselves.

Releases land on Iron Circuit Recordings and a rotating cast of underground labels. Performances have taken the project from Berlin basements to international warehouse takeovers.
